Getting Started
What does giaMedia do?
We help small businesses get found, get noticed and work smarter — websites and local search, social media and email marketing, Smart Displays, and practical AI video and business systems. One team connects the pieces so your message stays consistent everywhere.
Can I purchase just one service?
Yes. Many businesses start with one service, like a website or a single screen, and add more later. You never have to buy a bundle to work with us.
How quickly can we get started?
It starts with a short conversation about your goals. We then send a recommendation and timeline. Work begins as soon as you approve it and we have the access and content we need.
Do you work with businesses outside Rhode Island?
Our focus is local small businesses, but websites, social media, email and AI video can all be delivered remotely. Tell us where you are and what you need.
Services
Can you manage my existing website?
Yes — we can work with what you have. We’ll update and improve your current site, or let you know if rebuilding would cost you less in the long run.
Do you create the content?
Yes. We create graphics, short videos, captions, emails and screen content for you. You review and approve before anything goes live.
Do I need to provide photos and videos?
They help, but they’re not required. We can use what you have, plan simple shoots, or use licensed stock and AI-assisted visuals.
Do you install Smart Displays?
We set up and manage the display software and all of the content. We can recommend screens and coordinate setup; screens, hardware and installation are quoted separately.
Can you manage multiple locations?
Yes. Screens, social media and email can be coordinated across locations while keeping each location’s hours, offers and details accurate.
Plans & Working Together
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Management plans are billed monthly. Any terms or minimum commitment are spelled out in your proposal before you agree to anything.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can move to a different plan or add services as your needs change.
Who owns the content you create?
Content we create for your business is yours to use. Details — including any licensed stock or third-party assets — are covered in your agreement.
